Job security is not there at all. i was put on pip because I was a witness in POSH case and I cleared the PIP successfully but was asked to leave instantly and was forced to self resign. vIjay shekhar sharma also did not replied on my complaint. There is no tool where the performance can be calculated or measured. There’s no work life balance at all. They will push you to any limits to ensure your life is hell. Top management passes personal comments in team meetings, lot of humiliation, abusive language is being used. If you raise the complaint to HR, they will show you fake concerns and are completely spineless. The management will take away your PLI and will not answer, pick your calls or reply to back even after multiple attempts. After PPBL ban management is like a mad bull. Making life hell for employees. Even it is work from office but they ask employees to start early and finish late. To go to noida office i start from dwarka at 7:30 am and leave office by 8 and reach home by 10:30. Even though my office location is Gurgaon but have been asked to come to noida everyday. No hike since i joined in April 2023 last year people got minimum hike of 0% and maximum 4%. No job security. They are in losses and sources of revenue are also shrinking. Not recommended to join

Absolutely no job security considering layoffs are pretty common and regular. HR has no powers and cannot see any policy enforcement. Has seen 3 CHROs in last 3years (2022-2025) since the CEO doesn't give them any powers. Organization is run by whims and fancies of its CBOs (BU heads), whose only job is to instill fear among the team than to motivate them.
