Not much what I like here. Manager, team and project are a nightmare to work with.

Culture is bad. Environment is not good. Lot of politics. Harsh behaviour with employees. No mental peace. People are very mean minded. The infra used within needs a lot of work. VPN issues are a daily headache. A lot of pressure since Day 1. No one is willing to share any information regarding the project. A lot of negativity all around. People get targeted on small small things. Monopoly goes around the entire project. Micromanagement throughout. You need to mention when you go away for lunch. Manager is the worst, doesn't know how to behave or talk. Fumbles while speaking English and has no sense while talking to the next person. 1. Team Leads and Managers are Rude, aggressive. 2. Late night working and working on Saturday and sunday is common here 3. Get abused is daily things even though you are giving your almost 100%. If you give 99.99 % and you misssed 0.01%. Than get ready for abuse and humiliations in front of entire team. 4. Job security is LOL in Paytm. 5.
