I got 2 promotion,,they cheated me ,,with out any qualification they joined the new commers with out any interview,the goodwill loss by manager only ,sad😪😪

There is no Data Dictionary for many databases & documentation of business flows which is too difficult to develop code & make conclusions. Too much team politics & worst management with illogical follow-ups in critical projects.
