PayPal is the best employee friendly company. It's the company that cares the employee like anything. Especially on physical health values.

Dislikes

The team management is very worst they are not respecting experience and metrics. Top level management has to think about implementing HR in floor or separate hr team has to be created. The only authority person to take decision on ur life in PayPal is ur team leader. Thats needs to be change

To be honest the best company I would say. I love to work PayPal again with different management team. I was unlucky to associated with worst team. I would like to rejoin if I get my second opportunity with PayPal with different team
