My role needs not only performance but they do expect certain things apart from ur role . For example. You need to conduct some sessions to ur team members , fun activities etc apart from ur job role to make sure you are marketing urself. But it doesn't work for employees who are introverted. Its not company's mistake. It depends on ur manager
