Managers are good they are supporting and team is also good but no one has any value in front of management.

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced, team members are good, worst management they don't care about employees if you will take leave then management will start pointing you for taking leaves, appraisal is also worst . There is no value of managers, HR every decision even small decision are taken care by management and that are worst decisions

Training is not so good and not giving chance to accelerate your knowledge.Teammates are good but manager level hiring not good for one person is Manager of Operational team and he don't have 10% of technical knowledge so its very difficult to team member explain term to this type of guy

At times wfh option. The employees liked by manager don't have to work. They can just sit and earn. Managers are an expert in inflating the work quality and quantity.

Dislikes

The culture is really bad. The politics is heavy at all levels. Especially the Pune head person is very poisonous. They make you work on weekends as well. They use and throw employees. So many people join and leave within a year due to bad management.
