Teachers are given adequate respect. Management is little biased with few people

Dislikes

Salary given after 2-3 months. Totally uncertain !Beware b4 leaving.. they will not give your last 2 month salary

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
