I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. People and Managers are generally chill. There's no yelling on your face.

Dislikes

They shifted the entire Head Office without consulting the employees. Employees were left to leave the company on the spot, or survive the inflated prices of a new city. There was also a mass purge recently. Many employees were laid off. At one point, an entire Department was told to not come from next day.
