I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

If you want waste your precious time then company very good in construction. Other wise there is no any growth in this company not financially nor technically. The HR Policy is very bad in this company you will do your duties as per HR rules non technical team. Your technical boss dosen matter.

People and Managers are generally chill. There's no yelling on your face.

Dislikes

They shifted the entire Head Office without consulting the employees. Employees were left to leave the company on the spot, or survive the inflated prices of a new city. There was also a mass purge recently. Many employees were laid off. At one point, an entire Department was told to not come from next day.
