No support from Senior, worst work culture...everyone here is trying to save their job by manipulating data and buttering seniors...they hire people just to complete one project and then fire them with no proper reasons...No job security...very delayed F&F

People don't appreciate your hard work.Importance is given to only predefined people, if you work hard, you will loose your importance review and reward.
