My subordinate and my boss are very supportive, and parijat has taught me a lot.

Sometimes, their work doesn't get the value it deserves, and other departments don't appreciate it, which leads to misunderstandings. Not being able to view the work fairly could be considered a disadvantage, in my opinion.

I HAVE LISTEN SO MUCH FROM MANY PEOPLE ABT THIS COMPANY... It's managers driven company. Management only depend on few of the hods who always showcase the things as per their comforts.. Not actual image.. ITS a good company for those who don't have any place in this world.. All useless people from the industry you can find here on industry higher salary with lack of skills only as KRA.. THANKS FOR USELESS HR TEAM THERE WHO ITS SELF SEEMS NO OF USE..
