Patent research associate / Associate executive-Patent-IPR

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Patent Research Associate or Associate Executive - Patent & IPR. This role involves supporting intellectual property-related functions, conducting research, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of IP documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patent searches and prepare detailed IP search reports.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation related to patents and intellectual property.
• Support IP tasks, including patent filings and portfolio management.
• Manage accounts and process payments for IP-related activities.
• Perform data analysis, assist in research, and generate reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of IP functions.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property concepts (training may be provided).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
