Nothing to like, the company does not have any effect if 30 - 40 percent people leaves company every year, people doesn't want to stay in that environment for completing notice period or bond period and gives company lot of money (gross salary and 18 % GST) which is there pure income

1) Worst work culture, have to work extra 2 hours after office time. 2) Bad work environment doesn't follow any of industrial safety guidelines 3) have to suffer bad politics everyday and especially at time of your appraisal 4) peoples with high tolerance can work here for long time, most peoples leaves company within probation period. 5) No canteen, paid mess which provides breakfast and food at your lunch / breakfast time, quality below average...Read More

Bad work environment and culture. Supervisors are quite supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not good for apprentice workers and employees as well. No well salary hikes and bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent and career growth is slow. No one cares about your talent. Only donkey work environment. On the job no one gives tanning.

1. Worst work culture. 2. Way of communication inside company as well as with vendors and suppliers is very bad and spoils our professional skills while working for a long here. 3. No training is being provided to the experienced peofessional for systems and tools which is an age back technology and system. 4. Tools used like ERP are very backdated and impacts our skills. 5. Unnecessary paper work is there, even bigger and better org. then this do not do so much of paper work. 6. Management do not care a bit about employees. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Travelling from Pune areas is 50-70km one side which completely spoils your personal life</mark>. 8. Company offers 5 day work or alternate saturday off, but continuously forces to work late hours and on weekends. 9. No good option of food at company canteen and you can't go outside to take food as time counts in punchout and then in evening tou will not get vehicle easily to return to Pune after completion of your hours. 10. My experience is worst, though i got appreciations for my work during my work periods. Managers were forcing to come on saturday sundays and to stay after working hours. No skill development programs, poor work life balance.
