Initially it was very good work place. You get to see favoritism in recent years. Favorite candidates get promoted easily in months. Without subject knowledge or experience also you get promoted easily to higher positions.

The project leads don't do any work only delegate the tasks to team members and blame the team for poor performance. The directors are pretty naggingand rarely understand the point of view of the employees and later take out grudges against the employees during appraisal cycle

If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
