Work life balance is good, despite the fact that career growth is all dependent on personal relationships with managers. Also pay structure is fairly good

Dislikes

At times you find filthy management decisions. Lack of substantial planning. Favoritism is one worst things you find across the teams.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
