I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. some projects have latest technology work

everything is managed from UK. Indian management dont have any power. Everything is driven by HR even your line manager dont have permisions but your HR can interfear. False promises are given. Promotions rarely happen to do that you need to do buttering else external resource will be taken. No written policy. policy gets modified in between
