Likes

Highly political work culture with zero job security. They terminate employees just on basis of HOD recommendation without even hearing out or checking further into the relevance

Dislikes

No job security at all, no appraisals for the previous accounting year If taking maternity leave even if rejoined exact after 6 months & also not for the current year. Highly political top management team

Work Details

Work is hectic, people are tough to manage and at the end Credit is given to someone whose not done anything but is the favourite of boss. Though had alternate Saturday off, HOD didn’t permit it for more than 2 years and made to slog.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
