Everything bad, too confused back dated frickle minded management, a prison like drastic environment, owner intentionally creat miscommunication and dirty politics between the employees and altime misbehave without any fault at your end. Not even minimum job security, no rules, systems, work culture and positive anything, will forceto put your paper down anyday without a single day prior intimation, all is just for showoff.
