Paramtech management tends to be very weak infront of client even infront of client's lower level management as well. In this case they just cant support you and if client asks you to leave with notice also, you have no choice left.

Work Details

If client asks you to come at night even if you just have reached your home, you have to come or else loose the job. Even if you have worked late night, next morning you have to come.
