PARAGON company is one of the great company for employes, because when I joined the company i was a fresher. The entire team of the company was supported me to improve my skills. As a fresher i got some massive training from my seniors. The main thing is that my superior officer was an excellent leader,he is the person who behind to build a foundation for PARAGON in KOLKATA. So i got some valuable tips from him for touch the targets.If we talking about the training programme which conducted by company was normal, the external training programs was not better than internal. job security is one of the main thing which highlighting the company, if we behaving as per company rules and regulations, we will get a good treatment from company. career growth in Paragon, I want to give an average mark for the company, because there is only we get a grade promotion, it is not reflect much in our career. Salary increment is clearly based on the appraisal which we get from the management. I also want to give an average mark on this section. all other factors are good in Paragon. Not having lot of things. Some time company make some decisions in salary increment section, for example company did not give the salary increment of previous year yet. this action from the company disappointed me.

I was a sales executive in paragon footwear since july 21 2015 to sep 5 2019. my job was that to dealing with distributors and, visiting markets for survey, and promoting the brand in that particular area which given by company to me.
