It's very bad experience there is no growth, they are not consider employee effort, very selfish administration, they are thinking only the company profit and benifit there is no job security.

It's very bad experience,please consider the effort of the employees and provide the benifits, I request directors should focus on employees safety and benifits, don't consider fake reports from operation team, they pushing up only to favour persons, so please build a another team to monitor operation manager.
