The company is open on a small work in grinding and plating on Roller and cylinder. at the present time, the company develop and work as a large tool room work in Faridabad. The company has the large machine shop and all type of machining work in Faridabad.I have worked as an inspection of material and maintain inspection criteria in the process and final area.

as a future of employee, there is no improvement in the company and no financial improvement in the company.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
