It is a not good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management not good. Company policies are worst. Appraisals are not fair and they didn't not give good salary hike. Totally it is a six months working company. I am working in nearly 18 months. I worked at paperboat for about one year and two months and my journey has been really amazing here.This company basically works on the product concept philosophy of marketing as it has high quality products people could rely on.The most attractive part I found here are the marketing techniques of the company . Starting of with the packaging of the juices their personal selling techniques are just fabulous. All the colleagues used to come with different backgrounds but used to work with dedication and collaboration. Working here was really fun and I never disliked anything about the company. But the meetings and the trainings used to be quite far from my house so that was b bit painful to travel that much . Except this I never felt like I was being pressurised for doing maximum sale and even if there was a pressure it wasn't the hard one but the seniors used to encourage us in a way that we could work with a great deal and make maximum sales....Read More
