Store Manager and Departmental Manager are supportive. HR gives the quality feedback according to your work. Collegues are also very good and supportive when you are not on your counter and helps you to sale the merchandise.

I did my internship from Pantaloons in Kolkata for a month. My store manager and Departmental manager was supportive and gave me enough training of on the floor job and employees were also very supportive to got to know how different merchedize are

The work culture amongst Floor staff is great. They are considerate and help you with the given tasks of the day.

Dislikes

No stipend is given to the interns, from whichever college or post you are interning at. The back office needs mnaagement.
