Only my team was good dat was the only reason I sustain der..else der is nothing to learn der coz dey Don't provide any kind of training nor focus on any developments of any employees..

Everything.. especially the seniors and super seniors who r responsible for every work n action.. There is no motivation No enthusiasm No job interest The only reason people r working der is to get some money which dey earn as salary and dat is also very low.. Der is nothing called job satisfaction..

There is very little to like about Pantaloons in general. The industry however teaches you a lot. They follow an archaic pedantic approach towards problem solving and seldom look for new avenues for business. Growth is clouded by hierarchy and weak leadership with little or no regard for work life balance or personal development.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible with no oversight on personal preferences and career development. Transfers are routine and work hours are close to inhuman with 60-65 hours work week which can extend further.
