One of the most pathetic place in VM were your every regional and zonal vm will tell you how to work 24/7 they don't have their own life and they will not make you live yours they will ask things on odd times bcs they have this perspective that If they are working at 8 in mrng or 12 at night they'll make sure u do the same.
