Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Company don't have data base nor good management. I have not seen ever in my 17 year work career. HR and Management both are cheater. They appoint employee but not provided laptop and app for work i used my personal laptop. And i fine its not good so i left this theye not providing me salary of 16 days. I have use my personal internet electricity and laptop. All expenses loss of my. Worst company.
