It's been more than 2 months since I joined Panasonic, and it has been an interesting & learning phase. The company provides a supportive work environment that helps you learn and there is a strong sense of teamwork, Ownership at work, and mutual respect. Overall experience-Detailed orientation sessions give you a complete understanding of the company's policies, history, and culture. At the time of joining, the onboarding process was smooth and the detailed orientation sessions provided a complete understanding of the culture, policies, and rich history. Nothing negative for now. Suggestions- Increase the WFH 2 in a month to 2 in a week-Hybrid (traveling to the office reduces the efficiency and waste a lot of time)
