Company have limited range of products. Single door fridge and front load washing machine not available, marketing is very poor. The company was very good in market because of his quality, we compare our led opposite sony but we lack because of service

Company overall is good, but MARCOM has lot of politics and biasness. The Japanese culture and people are good. Very disciplined work culture. Strict 9-6 policy is there.

Dislikes

In the MARCOM team the mid level managers are worst and not supportive at all. There is lot of favouritism in the teams. They sideline team members and keep on escalating work which are not required. Lot of politics involved. No peace of mind.
