So much politics is in higher management which effect juniors employee role and responsibilities as well as job safety. Lots of head is there for different saction and we could not connect with a single higher authority person who takes a meeting take quick and correct decision

Good working culture and good working environment. Arrange training session for employees Everyone has been very polite and genuine. Supportive leader and motivate us for working.

Strict shift timing , even a 1 sec delay couse half a day deduction. The 6 day working culture makes it very difficult to manage personal life Low salary and outdated HR policy for employes. All kind of MNC benefits are only available to HO employees. There is a significant disparity in employee benefits between HO employees and factory employees.

The company is very good and the staff is even better and the management takes very good care of all the people and the work is done well. Company overall is good, but MARCOM has lot of politics and biasness. The Japanese culture and people are good. Very disciplined work culture. Strict 9-6 policy is there.

Dislikes

In the MARCOM team the mid level managers are worst and not supportive at all. There is lot of favouritism in the teams. They sideline team members and keep on escalating work which are not required. Lot of politics involved. No peace of mind.
