1. You will get more projects in PCI and CERT-In but they will not give reasonable timeline for finishing the work, then how we can find maximum vulnerabilities. 2. Extreme micro management, huge pressure 3. We have to work overtime like even weekends, late night, early morning(as per client requirement), even after work time we have to do work then only we can complete the project as per their timeline. For overtime working they won't give you ₹1. Along with this we have to learn new things, my question is, they want us to learn new things but they give you huge work load and still they want us to learn more after work hour. Paradox🙂 4. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
