1. You will get more projects in PCI and CERT-In but they will not give reasonable timeline for finishing the work, then how we can find maximum vulnerabilities. 2. Extreme micro management, huge pressure 3. We have to work overtime like even weekends, late night, early morning(as per client requirement), even after work time we have to do work then only we can complete the project as per their timeline. For overtime working they won't give you ₹1. Along with this we have to learn new things, my question is, they want us to learn new things but they give you huge work load and still they want us to learn more after work hour. Paradox🙂 4. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
