1. You will get more projects in PCI and CERT-In but they will not give reasonable timeline for finishing the work, then how we can find maximum vulnerabilities. 2. Extreme micro management, huge pressure 3. We have to work overtime like even weekends, late night, early morning(as per client requirement), even after work time we have to do work then only we can complete the project as per their timeline. For overtime working they won't give you ₹1. Along with this we have to learn new things, my question is, they want us to learn new things but they give you huge work load and still they want us to learn more after work hour. Paradox🙂 4.
