I have wasted my 2 years over here as senior engineer post in design and development department (ASV/VACUUM PUMP), further details as per below: 1. Department Manager (ASV VJ) is great personality over here, always blame his junior for his own mistake, took all the credit of their work at the time of appraisal, never supportive, sometimes makes u think, is he +2 science paas? ( btech is beyond his level) , even like the principle of instrument he never knows & makes fool his junior by technical discussion like making building in air. 2. Department head is same head of Vacuum Pump, his function in ASV is totally nill, do all the task as manager guides him, never interact with below manager level (sometimes not reply your morning wishes). 3.Hr deduct training & health insurance charge at the time of relieving (3yr required to stay for free health insurance) 4. Maximum team people are of the same age group. Not too much rules and regulation. 2yrs back company was good in all aspect but no increment from 2 yrs even if campany generating good revenue every month.

Dislikes

No system , Partialy, No increment for 2 yrs even if comapny is generating enoigh revenue every month. No training for years. Like it has been 4 yrs that I have received any training
