There is a job security, but the work culture is too bad in some departments and the management doesn't support you at your feedback.

Dislikes

Management doesn't help to make the better work environment. Also the lot of politics is there. Also there is no scope of personal growth during the woke tenure. There is only similar type of work for the new joinees and no proper guidance is being given for the work.

It was fine but not good because of the work culture and environment for the new employees.
