Fun place to work, good colleagues, can wear any kind of clothes, can work from home without actually working.

Dislikes

Management team, no guidance, no support, no learning, poor training programs, kids in the HR team with no maturity, becomes a government office as in fans are used because AC not working and the environment becomes sweaty, difficult to work, senior managers sleeping in meeting rooms, staff breaching processes, management always fools top team and does not give them real picture.

Flexible timings is something that's amazing about Packt. You get to work from home as well.

Dislikes

If you work at Packt you won't have a personal life. You'll be forced to work day and night. The work distribution is very bad, some people have very little work and some have alot of work. Honestly, if you are unlucky, you'll get the worst team and alot of work.

The work culture is really good here. Especially during Covid, the management provided support to help staff with financial and any sort of help that could be required. The work from anywhere culture has really been an add on.
