Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They giving me some work at home & some days calling at company. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every month during covid-19

There is opportunity is available but career growth is very slow.they don't give any opportunities for next level.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
