There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Even they act partiality on some of Employees who was there choice. Salary is Decent but career growth is slow. And their salary structure is very poor.. And The new joiners can't give a number of training.

Dislikes

Total Management system also Bad. Include Their G.M And Owner.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
