It was most moving experience here working for this luxury cruise line!; Over the years there has been significant development in it ,in terms of growth,carrer, training etc.This is a place where you can show you're true talents and earn the remuneration!!!! Some of the area it's developing gradually..

Dislikes

Long term service can be changed looking at the crew who are working with dedication over the years,,also leave plans can be improved..

My job is the best on board, it's challenging,,same time its a wonderful experience

The management on board is not noticing crews appraisal who has got for suitable for promotion that’s why I’m not growing in my currier

P&O is very good for hospitality. I worked 18 months in 2 different ships all staff was friendly and helpful. Specially P&O office Mumbai staffs. After finish my contracts they help me a lot via emails, especially when i need some documents for my Australia visa. I highly recommend P&O cruises. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
