Some of the area it's developing gradually..

Long term service can be changed looking at the crew who are working with dedication over the years,,also leave plans can be improved..

P&O is very good for hospitality. I worked 18 months in 2 different ships all staff was friendly and helpful. Specially P&O office Mumbai staffs. After finish my contracts they help me a lot via emails, especially when i need some documents for my Australia visa. I highly recommend P&O cruises.
