Well there is LWP criteria applied for 60% people in oyo no matter what performance says or he has been doing for last 3 yrs but people are in 40% who are close to management or having some relation with higher auths in oyo no matter he has not been productive for the org or he hasn't had sleepless nights for oyo. Perfectly people have been asked to go on lwp leaves mentioning on letter that emp has asked oyo to provide leaves wherein noone wanted or wants to work with no salary. It is just lay off in sophisticated manner. In January there has been mass lay off where org had given 3months of comp to every emp who was part of this but now org has learnt to get rid of empls who are assests for them. Other organisations are also facing tough phase but they have put empls on 50% pay cut but everyone is safe here you can't expect a simple thing since it is oyo. News are also there in the air that oyo will hire few back but on its terms and renegotiation of CTC so it is clearly and advantage of situation. Govt is saying not to fire anyone but here we hardly listen ! You can learn alot here and increase grey hairs and sacrificing your family for oyo but in return you shouldn't expect the same because here people are not dealing with humans they are dealing with CTC/SHEETS/TASKS/TGTS....Read More

It is not everything we dislike but yes job security is the major issue in oyo and the credibility is gone for sure. Noone having 10+ exp should leave settled org for oyo. Because first you will get good comp but later on you will be out because of not so realistic targets.
