Lots of Politics in the system. Many Fraudulent activities happen openly and top management is also aware of the same but still no one does anything. You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout. The worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career.You have to satisfy the state head’s ego to continue in the system. No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.
