I have been working in a company since last 5.5 Year and recently been shifted to a Metro City from Tier 2 City and now I am being asked to go to another state and lead the team there. Whereas the current leader is getting close to 27-30 Lakhs and I am being offered 18-19 Lakhs with variables included. Currently I am getting 16 Lakhs.
