Oyo is lala company, there is no management. No process definition no policies. Manager is God, whatever manager is saying he is correct. Politics is there, you are not appreciated for your work. When asked for appresel, said you did not do any work and you are on high package already. In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. I joined the organization thinking it would be a great start for my career, unfortunately I learnt only for the first 3 months and later the job was monotonous. The culture was terrible. You could be fired the same day and they would tell you to leave the next day without serving any notice period. I would suggest not to join such a toxic organization.

Have to spent money from the salary if target not achieved. Poor service and hotel facility from Hotel side and still have to achieve target. Within 1 year the target will be high, monthly they increasing target. No job security and politics is high. Only team leads and heads are benefited by exploiting lower teams.
