I like the culture, the environment was good, team members are good, managers are excellent but they don't have any rights like managers have, In Oyo rooms, only HRs and Project Managers or Tech Team have good rights or else are worst like a slave.

Dislikes

Oyo rooms have a very safe community with no future exposure, if you want to start your career so you can join this company as a part of the tech team, As I have to check tech has good exposure because it's a growing company.

No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.
