Oyo is lala company, there is no management. No process definition no policies. Manager is God, whatever manager is saying he is correct. Politics is there, you are not appreciated for your work. When asked for appresel, said you did not do any work and you are on high package already. In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. If you listen to management then ok or else you will get fired. Of your earning 50k per month need to spend 40k to create booking or to do property reachgr. Here only one way to save the jon for name only. To spend money n save your job.
