Hospitality Industry being affected mostly during the Covid Pandemic made this company loosen its credibility in Job Security because sometimes they have to take certain strict re-structuring measures for smooth functioning of the business

I started as a Head of Business development 18 months back but now elevated to a Central role as a Growth Head for Partnerships & Strategic Alliances for OYO Rooms India

The culture at OYO is the best across. Huge opportunities of growth as there is no dearth of roles here. There is always a chance to perform and get recognised across mass audience and hence competitive work space.

Dislikes

Professional and personal life balance is a bit miss and at times life at OYO is so amazing that we tend to forget we have a family back home.
