No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.

Pathetic work environment. Pathetic work life balance. Unprofessional people at Manager position who don't know how to lead and guide a team. Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day. Manager don't know how to behave. They (Management) know what is actually happening at the ground (cheatingwith customer) but even after that they push you to do it and if you don't then your manager will shout at you, criticize you. Lots of Politics in the system. Many Fraudulent activities happen openly and top management is also aware of the same but still no one does anything. You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout. The worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career.You have to satisfy the state head’s ego to continue in the system. Companies like EMT and MMT has stopped recruiting people from OYO because the activities happen in OYO.
