Teammates and Freedom of work is the best thing I have experienced in OYO. Otherwise it’s a horrible place to work for with dunk heads managements and inexperienced and literal clowns running the show.

Dislikes

The management and people leading teams. They have a real funny designation called MMCEO who is the busy all day exactly like an HR will be busy the whole day. Other funny roles are there which they equally find funny and lay-off when not required.

Work is nice but in the recent days policy has been changed and no trust on company anymore..They can ask you to leave the job anytime without any reason. I worked in oyo for more than 4 years i enjoyed working with oyo but i suggest choose something where you get growth on your performance not on sefarish
