We had been WFH since the beginning of the Lockdown. Our HR had been communicating with us on a regular basis for any help that is needed. There is flexibility in WFH as long as the work is being done. There had been constant communication with our manager to discuss work, health and other issues. We were teated as part of the OYO Family and that sense of 'belonging' motivated me.

Dislikes

As OYO had been affected with COVID , we had to put in long hours at times which disturbed the Work-life balance sometimes, but again these are difficult times and one needs to understand this. Having said this this also gives opportunity to work and contribute during troubled times.
