Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day. Manager don't know how to behave. Lots of Politics in the system. Many Fraudulent activities happen openly and top management is also aware of the same but still no one does anything. You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout.
