The company as a whole is a dislike. The work culture, timing, work-life balance everything is a mees. The company doesn't take and show any type of care for employee's family. The employee need to be a robot here. My son was severally ill and was hospitalized. I could not come to office for few days, but i worked remotely. But thrcompany wanted me to come to office. My son was my first priority and didn't come to office, leaving my son with my wife only at hospital. For this reason only I was fired. Company is not bothered about employee's family. OYO had left me in the middle of a desert. I have struggled with money and son's illness. I was about to be ruined. I don't recommend anyone for that 3rd class organization....Read More

the upper management team seating there for ages .. and their roots are so much interconnected so that they hardly care about their self included malpractices.. and frontliners used to suffer coz they need to burn their pockets to meet company's expectations. there is no organic sale in this co .. whichever sales is showing its totally fabricated.. No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.

If you listen to management then ok or else you will get fired. Of your earning 50k per month need to spend 40k to create booking or to do property reachgr. Here only one way to save the jon for name only. To spend money n save your job.
