No work environment at all people come to do politics, as new employee the will misguide you at every point so it's good for you to stay away from that vultures. They don't know what is Innovation at the beginning they will not even provide you sap access, will you not even provide intercom facility. Your boss will come office at 11o clock and he will leave the office 8 pm, so he can force you to come at 8 am and work till 7 pm. Worst company there is always curtailment policy in company by which they can fire any one in the name of financial crisis. They will treat you as burden to them. They treat you as begger and your boss act as he is gives you salary from his pocket. They always taunt you on your salary your boss always bullying you such as you don't no anything they pass derogatory comments on your home town. Some senior in your team hates you so much they can't to you for months they even don't reply to your hi. They thought how dare you come that company which is made for the people like them only.
