Bad company, there's no job security not even for the permanent employee. Management is totally bad the HR dept they call you when the production is high and they force you to resign when there's no production and there's no work for us to do.

It's a company who fools newly diploma graduates into working like a animal's for 16hrs they pay a good salary when you are trainee but reduce it when you get permanent in the name of insensitive they only pay 15k a month with a yearly incremental of 3%. Highly recommended not to join this company. There is no work like a operation engineer tou work like a majdoor and the experience is of no use anywhere else....Read More
